just binged SO bad. hopefully joining planet...
finally! anyway, whether i join or not i probably won’t eat tomorrow a lot but i realized that fasting honestly doesn’t work for me. Me and my best friend are having a drunken dance party on Friday. I ate so much I don’t even feel like weighing myself but I guess I have to soo…today’s final weight is: 128.2. Not much better. I WILL be 115. I want it. I will run. Tomorrow while I’m waiting for my friend to finish extra help for Spanish ill walk around the school. I’ll try my best to be skinny. I won’t eat a big lunch. No more than 500 calories.

i currently weigh 126. 14 pounds is a bit unrealistic, but getting a lot closer to the “Underweight” category on my Wii Fit would be amazing! Right now I’m closer to “At Risk of Overweight” than underweight. 6 pounds sounds perffect. at least 2 so i can round down.

An idea for when you don't know what to do for...
What I did for when I couldn’t go to the gym and didn’t know what exercises to do at home, was went through magazines and cut out different workouts, and I went online and printed out some ideas too. Now, when I don’t know, I just reach in, pull one out, and do it.(: Usually I do about three for the recommended amount of reps.(if there is no recommendation, do about 20-30)

even though it’s pretty much over…awk. i did some yardwork and ran a little bit, but that didn’t really do much.
